How we present these

Anonymised unless you say otherwise

We don't name clients without written permission, and plenty prefer not to be named. Certification work touches audit findings and customer contracts. "A 40-person electronics recycler in the Midwest" carries the same weight as a company name and creates no awkward conversations.

Where a client is happy to be named, they usually also join the Certified Client Recognition Program.

Numbers we don't publish

We don't quote a pass rate. Certification decisions are made independently by the certification body, and a consultant advertising a percentage is claiming credit for someone else's judgement.
